Using StopStamp
How do I track a service call?
Open Today, enter the customer or job name, add any optional details, and tap Clock in now. Clock out when you leave. Your visit will appear in your records.
Can I correct or add a visit?
Tap a saved visit to edit its details. Use Add in Today to enter a missed visit. Review the times and customer details before saving.
How do I export an Excel report?
Open Reports, choose the reporting week, and tap Export Excel (.xlsx). Use the iPhone share sheet to save the file, send it by email, or open it in another app.
How do I back up my records?
Open Settings and tap Export full backup. Save the JSON backup somewhere you can access later. Back up regularly, especially before deleting the app, resetting your iPhone, or moving to a new device.
How do I restore a backup?
First export a backup of your current records. Then open Settings and tap Import StopStamp / SiteClock backup. Choose your backup file. Import replaces all current visits after confirmation.
Does StopStamp need an internet connection or an account?
No account is required to use StopStamp, and service-call tracking works offline. Sharing exported files through another service may require an internet connection.
Does StopStamp track my location?
StopStamp does not request GPS location access. You can type a site address into a visit yourself.
Is StopStamp available on the App Store?
StopStamp is being prepared for its App Store release. A download link will be added to this website when it is available.
